Never Ending Shanghai - LiveRemix the performance is a new digital approach to experiencing music and video art. The interactive app equals music and visuals, and in a system of arbitrary movements it keeps evolving in an endless stream of instantly composed music and moving images.

The app explores new perspectives on real time composition in a united output of visual and auditive art. It unfolds with music, videos and moving images in a distinct experience for eyes and ears. As in a holistic spaceship, everything is connected when you join the meditative timetravel, moving back and forth from past to present in a dreamy universe.

The app is derived from the audiovisual stage-performance Never Ending Shanghai. It extends the live-concert in a cross-media experience, bringing new perspectives to the music in this "pocket work" for you to enjoy at home. In this format you slowly move along the city, experiencing old futuristic buildings and interactively looking around in a meditative tempo, for you to lean back and enjoy.

In the app you hear Signe Bisgaards music played by one of the leading European bigbands, Blood Sweat Drum+Bass. Music interacts with the moving images by designer Laura Rathschau.

Blood Sweat Drum+Bass is an extended bigband with 23 live-musicians including 3 drummers, laptop, vocal, synths and horn-section. The app remixes the music from the record Never Ending Shanghai (released by Danish game-developer Kong Orange 2017).
